Hello Herman,

Please help me understand the issue little better. Do you mean system slowdown issue occurs after installing AVG Tuneup? Have you optimized your PC using AVG Tuneup?

go to windows logo or (Srtart button) where it says "Search files programs" type in msconfig, click on that software when it pops up in your search, do to start up and uncheck all boxes you dont use on your pc, then restart.
