Hi all,

This evening I purchased AVG antivirus software and am being told to uninstall the previous version, which I have done, however I keep being told to uninstall it. I have even searched my Mac to make sure nothing is left on there, to no avail. This is so frustrating. I have read through similar threads, however advice leads me nowhere.

Wish I could speak with a real person. I am not impressed at all.
