"System Cache & Logs" cleanup

i never, ever, ever, ever want to delete anything in Downloads. so it's mildly dumb that AVG considers my PC 24% "not tuned up" just because i have 25GB of files in my Downloads folder.

Hello John,
Thank you for contacting us. It is possible that some important files and .exe files that you may want to keep for future use after they are downloaded. So that makes Downloads folder the critical folder and by default it is excluded from removal. If you would like, you can select that folder to delete that content too.
Please, feel free to let us know if you require any further assistance.

in PC Tuneup's "Free up space" section, the "System Cache & Logs" button takes you to a "clean up windows and programs" window. this space needs the capability to ignore folders. specifically the Downloads folder, whose description reads "This is the default location where web browsers store your downloads. Downloaded programs, videos, music, photos, and other important files could be in this folder."

that description doesn't sound anything like it should belong in either a 'System Cache & Logs" section or a "Clean up windows and programs" section. it sounds like a folder that should have a lot of files in it that I don't want to delete. it sounds like a folder that I will never, ever want AVG to "clean up." it sounds like a folder that I should be able to tell AVG to ignore, so that my computer can be "100% tuned up" even if I have 25.52GB of "Downloaded programs, videos, music, photos, and other important files" in my Downloads folder.

John,
Please note that it does not mean your PC performance is low as the PC Tuneup reports only 24% tuned up. It shows 100% only after you apply all the recommended settings by PC Tuneup to your PC. It is not mandatory that you need all of those settings suggested by PC Tuneup and when you ignore some settings, the performance meter will go down.  Appreciate your understanding.
