System Junk Files Not Cleaned Up

Hi there,
I'm using AVG for a good number of yesrs already - lately I wanted to clean up my System Junk File which occupies over 100 GB on my OS disk partition.
AVG shows the junk but isn't able to delete it. My disk stays full because of this. Any solution?
The config? Win 10, latest version of AVG…
