I got an alert on my Samsung S III phone that there was a threat, it said it was coming from "System Manager Application" It says its a system app that cant be deleted but can be disabled. I went into it on my phone, and Im not able to uninstall it, I hit to disable but it always becomes enables by itself after a few minutes of me disabling. When I clicked on "More Info" it brought me to this link this AVG web page :
