It has taken some effort just to get the point where I can ask my question!
You have taken 58,99€ from my father's account, he did not authorise this nor has he any evidence of the subscription.
Please can someone contact me urgently to get this matter sorted out. I am having to write as my 82 year old father has better things to do than search for how to get his money back.
