The charge is for the renewal of it, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal during the time of purchase. We do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of product's expiry (which has been sent to you on 4/1/19).
This email also contains the instructions on how to cancel the subscription. However, if you'd still like to cancel the subscription & get refunded, we do understand.
Today (1 May) in 6.00 morning the 720 rubles have been taken from my card by "DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIES orderfind.com ". I know I didn't order anything there after ending my order in March 2019. .
I would like to know how it can occur and how I can return my money as soon as possible.

Sorry, but I have not received any letter from you on 4/1/19. My subscription was expired 25 March 2019 and I have a number of your letters with notices about it. The last notice was on 25 April with advertising your products and suggestion of a new subscription. Repeat once more that I have not subscribed to your products including AVG Password protection. I ask to refund my charge or, at least, to send me instruction how to cancel this imaginary subscription.
