Taking money from my account without permission

Hello Wendy,

I am sorry to know that.
I see that you have been charged for AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) renewal and it happened because the auto renewal was enabled for it.
We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
As per your request, I have cancelled the auto renewal progress and you wont' be charged for the renewal automatically.

I did not give you authority to take money from my account you sent no e mail advising money for whatever was due or an invoice I am instructing my bank not to pay you any money against my card number there was no arrangement for an automatic renewal
