Taking money from my bank accountbwithout me authorising it

I have been regular customer for quite a few years changed my computer and decided I   no longer use avg,   because instead of giving a loyal custumer the best product they could. they were always asking for more money. 
on receiving my bank statement I see they have taken out of my account a renewable fee of $153.99
I did not authorise this payment and you have no right to take this money out of my account. also I gave my financial particulars to avg in confidence and did not authorise avg to give my finance info to any other company know I suppose they can pass that info to anyone they like. I have not used your product and would like a full refund. thank Dave
