Taking money from my credit card

I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT TWO YEARS AGO AND AVG TOOK MONEY LAST YEAR AND IT TOOK MONTHS TO GET IT BACK.  tHEY HAVE DONE THE SAME AGAIN THIS YEAR
