We'll certainly look into it. Could you open 'Device manager' on your PC, expand 'Network drivers' and share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of it?

Tap of AVG does not appear on that manager, help please !

Hi all,
When I install and re install, Avg Secure VPN,the Tap Network Adaptor is not installed. I cannot establish connection when I try to move switch to "ON"
