Hello, Richard.
It is generally not recommended to use more than one security solution on a single system. They will compete for resources, which may result in slowdowns, crashes or in no protection at all. I see that you have an active AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (2 years subscription) which I believe you have installed and activated on your PC.
Is your AVG up to date with latest definitions and did you run a full computer scan using AVG? If AVG scan did not find anything but you still believe that your PC is infected, I have sent you an email instruction to get connected with our technical support team. Please follow those instructions to get in touch with them and they will be glad to analyze your PC for hidden threats and virus.
In addition to having AVG internet protection installed, I periodically run Kapersky tddskiller.exe, it has found things in the past. I have recently picked up a virus since tdsskiller.exe will no longer run. I have seen posts from years ago where a virus prevents this program and other malware detectors from running, but nothing recent. My system is definitely infected with something although this is the only issue so far. No system files are affected since sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
both exit with no issues. The only clue is every time I execute tddskiller.exe, the Service Host: Windows Error Reporting->Windows Error Reporting Service briefly runs in the task manager process window.
Any help would be appreciated!
