I am sorry to hear that you internet access being blocked. To assist you further in this regard, I would request you to disable the AVG Secure VPN kill switch and check. To do that follow the below instructions:

  • Open AVG Secure VPN - Menu - Settings - Network security. 
By following the above steps you can disable the kill switch and then you can check, if the issue persists. If it does, please disable the AVG Internet Security and check. To do that follow the below article: After disabling the application let us know, if the issue persists or not.

I had a MS Teams (app) meeting with 8 persons for about 2 hours. I used my laptop with everything from AVG on it, and via my (protected) private WiFi network. 
The internet acces was blocked more than 5 times,  what caused interuptions of several minutes. I had to restart the internetacces. It has something to do with the VPN 'kill switch', I think, or another of the AVG apps, but which one I don't know.
What can I do to adjust the settings to avoid this problem?
