I understand the inconvenience, let’s try to fix it together.
I suggest you to Revert all the Changes made by AVG PC TuneUp and check if that fixes the issue.

Once the changes have been reverted, please add Teamviewer to Ignore List.
I have a PC with Windows 10 and recently bought PC Tuneup and put to "sleep" all the apps that were slowing my system down. Great, but it also put Teamviewer to sleep and I do not know how to wake it PERMANENTLY. I no longer want it to be put to sleep as I need to access my computer when I am away from home. It's fine if my computer is left on but if it should power off for any reason (power cut, reboot), then I lose the Teamviewer connection as it's put back to SLEEP after a shutdown. This is very important to me. I cannot find any way to permanently keep awake applications I should not have put to sleep. Please help.
