This is the fourth time this has happened, scan has stalled out I'm tired of having this problem. I need real tech support not some hacks from India that can't get it done, no offense but I need this fixed permanently not for a day or less only to have to have the same problem. I've been happy with AVG's performance for about 6 years but if this cannot be resolved I want a refund and I'll find another service provider.
