Tech support call center in India has put me on hold on the phone for one hour and 40 minutes

Hi Zbynek,Thank you for the reply.They sent me an email link to fix my problem but they said I would receive the email with link in two days however I received it in 4 days.I just had surgury and in therapy for the remaining year and a half to two years.I am so busy during the weekdays.The email link I have to fix problem is a little complicated for me I need asistance with this.I can not aford the 79.00 charge for free remote access.In the past I received free remote access or assistance by phone to remove an virus.Since 2011 I was happy with servise until now.My current avg runs out in 10 days or so,running out of time.I would like to resolve this problem as soon as possible if we can't, I may switch security software with another company.I liked avg for so many years I hope we can resolve this problem ? Once again thank you so much for the reply.I hope to hear from you as quickly as possible.

I tried calling tech support to help with a problem with my computer because I think I may have a virus? They sent me an email for free remote service today, in which I thought would be completed today. However the email said Monday through Friday 10 AM till 9 PM. That presents a problem for me timewise through the weekdays. When I called back to explain the second person also told me that there's only a two day window, business days for me to rectify the problem. So I asked for a manager I was put on hold for one hour and 40 minutes and hung up and never received help. Then I tried to contact via email and created a ticket number. Then I explained to my frustration and made some constructive criticism, nothing nasty. Just complaining and then he hung up. I wonder if I get the two day window increased if I have a problem with my time ? Where could I contact in the company other than India call center to complain about my issue ? I just hope they don't give me a hard time on Monday if I have time to deal with this issue. I was told this is the only support tech Center available to me. I wonder if there is anyone in a company that would listen to my complaint ? Look forward to the reply thank you

In order to analyze possible infection please provide us with GMER and AVG scan result export and describe symptoms.
