Hi, when the new update to Internet Security came out (without the Zen facilities) My AVG Tune up stopped working. I assumed that the update had an error and rang technical support. The person I spoke to looked around my computer (with my permission) and showed my a list on my PC that included AVAST. He told me this was another security program and thst because that was there mine wouldn't work properly. I said that as far as I was concerned the error had been made by AVG. After a lot of different offers he made to me he charged me £59 to cure it. He then passed me to somebody who did it. They did work on it and Tune Up worked after that. BUT I later found out from an answer to my question about it that If I had been told to reinstall AVG Tune Up that would have cured the problem. This was an extremely pressurised conversation and the person originally on the phone was absolutely determined to take money from me. This is not acceptable for a company that is supposed to help their subscribers

What I was particularly surprised by was that he said that AVAST was another company and caused the problem wheras I now know that AVG is AVAST so he lied quite deliberately. Previously I have had helpful discussions with Tech support.
