I have been infected by the TechScam www.wmaos.sbs. I am trying to remove it and I thought avg would get it but to no avail. Is there anything you can do to help?

Thank you for your response. I got it from a website, I am sure, but I don't remember where; I have tried to remove it with Malwarebytes and AVG, and nothing is fixing this. Every 30 seconds or so, I get a message that looks like looks like the Mac Settings and when I click on it I get this message User-added image
