Tekla Structures software crashing

It's not working fine. It still crashed after adding an exception. Not as frequently as it used to, but still crashing. Why can't Windows or AVG tell me explicitly why the software is crashing?

Opened view dialogue box - selected Display - selected Construction Lines tick box in Display dialogue box - warning box that Tekla has stopped working, close programme.

Recently re-activated AVG software on new pc. Tekla Structures software has been running fine, but now crashes repeatedly since re-activating AVG Internet Security & PC Tune UP. If AVG is deactivated, Tekla runs ok. So obviously, is there an exception option that can be utilized so that I can continue to try and work and earn a living? Thanks.

Phil,
Did you add the .exe file alone to the exceptions list or the whole folder as described in the article? Please add the whole folder as sometimes any file in the setup can cause the issue. Thank you.

Set the exception to the software folder - still crashing.
