Could you please confirm if your mobile phone is stuck at the password screen and not able to unlock your phone?

My telephone keeps crashing at the screen where i have to put in the password for my google play store but when i put the password in it wont work. I cant go to my home screen or anything else. I'm stuck. I've tried to restart my telephone already
