Telling me I try to use more than one VPN

We cannot use two VPN's at the same time. It will conflict with one another and turn off the other VPN.

Do you have any other VPN installed in your computer?

Please open your control panel and check for the other VPN.

It started with VPN shutting down and restarting several time. But suddenlY was told I could not have more than one VPN running at same time. I restarted my PC and VPN started to work, but no more than 10 minutses and all started all over again. Contuned with I should pay for a licence. My last payment was done by Mastercard April 9 2019. When I open my account I'm told I have 344 day more to use VPN. What is going on, can't I trust AVG VPN any more. If I can't trust AVG VPN I want a refund and shall go  looking for another VPN program
