I am getting the error message Connection Error: Your VPN connection is likely blocked by your ISP or network configuration. I am on NBN with Telstra as a provider. My router is Telstra Gateway running Version Champagne (18.1.c). My VPN is a paid product AVG VPN MAC version. It has never worked ready to cancel subscription. I did run previously paid Tunnel Bear which worked perfectly. Any solutions?

Sometimes, this might happen if the required services are unable to initiate. In this regard, please restart your MAC once & try connecting to different servers (locations) in Secure VPN to check.
If issue persists, we can try reinstalling AVG Secure VPN.
