Thank you for reaching us here. Could you let me know why do you think AVG PC TuneUp is delaying your PC's boot time? It is not possible to temporarily disable the program. You can uninstall the app to verify the issue.

Hy! First, excuses for my bad english.
I have AVG Internet Security and PCTuneup 2018.
I need to temporarily disable PC Tuneup because the Windows 7 boot takes a very long time and start it later. How can i do it?
