While troubleshooting a failed update in MS Windows, the Microsoft tech told me to temporarily disable AVG. I did this by right-clicking on the AVG icon in the system tray and then selecting "temporarily disable" | "until restart"; however, AVG won't run now. I have restarted a couple of times, and have also opened AVG and tried to run a scan, but it won't run. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall AVG?
