Is there a way to get unconnected clients to synchronize settings when moving AVG Admin Server to a new server?

We are currently moving our AVG admin server to a new hardware server and now we have both new and old AVG admin server running . We want to shut down the old AVG admin server before all clients have received syncronization through AVG data center. These clients are only the ones that are unconnected to our domain. Is there a way to create a temporary GPO in our domain that updates these unconnected clients the next time they get domain connection?

Or is there a better way to get these clients to be directed to the new location of AVG admin server the next time they get connected to our domain?

We have exported the data base from the old and imported into the new location. So all clients are visible in the new location but some have never connected in the new location beacause they have not connected to our domain. The way we moved our clients sofar was to change the client shared settings in the old location to point at the new AVG server location.

Our AVG admin server uses both Data center and update proxy roles.
