I can't reolve that problem yet, i follow all the steps and it doesn't work

Hey there,
I am trying to use the Windows 10 Xbox app in order to talk to my friends in a party whilst they play on their Xbox's and whilst I'm on my PC, but the server connectivity is being blocked, and by following the help guide on the Xbox website, my only guess is that AVG internet Security blocks Teredo IPsec connections, which is required in order to connect to the server.
Is it possible to unblock this so I can use this app?

Thanks in advance!

I can confirm that my issue has been resolved, sorry for replying so late, thanks for the help!

Hi,
I tried to find it on the version of AVG Internet Security that I own, and I was unable to find the Components option in the settings, so I decided to install the latest version on a free trial (it gives me no option to download the updated version for free, or sign in on the new version. Is there a way how?) and I am able to find this setting and I changed all of the networks from public to private on the 'free trial' version and the Xbox app just wouldn't load, so I exited it and then tried reopening it and it just wouldn't open, so I decided to change the networks back to public, as it made the situation worse.
What should I do next?

Hey there, so I installed the AVG clear tool and Remover and followed the steps provided, and then tried installing the new version of internet security, it worked but after the restart that is required I tried clicking on the AVG shortcut icon and it states that avguix.exe is missing and I must browse through my files to find it. So I tried installing the internet security again and it says that my "current product version does not support installation". (error code 0xe001f98d) So I used both the clear and remove tool again and ran the installer you provided and it still comes up with the same error.

After hearing the news about the massive cyber encryption attack on the National Health Service, today, in England, I am worried about my PC's safety and desperately need AVG reinstalled as I do not completely trust Windows Defender on its own.
What should I do next?
Thanks again for your time.

Hey Ranjani,
(second time typing this as I believe that the first one didn't send)
After installing both the AVG clear tool and the remover tool and following the steps and uninstalled what I could,  I installed the internet security and after the restart, I clicked on the shortcut icon and it said that it was unable to find avgui.exe and I would need to browse through my files to find it myself. As a result, I tried installing the internet security again and it said that my "current used product version does not support this installation" (error code 0xe00198d)  After this I used both the clear and remover tools again and then tried installing the internet security, but the same thing occurred.

So now I do not know what to do and only have Windows Defender Protecting my PC and after the massive cyber encryption attack on the National Health Service in England, today, I am worried for my PC's safety and desperately require AVG security to help protect my PC along with Windows Defender.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me how to fix it because the issue has now only become worse (probably because of me, rather than the solution you provided)

Thanks again for your time.
