Please clarify whether you wish to get a refund for recently renewed AVG order or wish to delete your AVG My account.
Note: Removing your data completely will void the current active subscription.
If you wish to delete your AVG My account, please follow the below steps,
- For account deletion, visit https://www.avg.com/gdpr website.
- Enter your email address registered with AVG and click Request Access.
- Check your email inbox > click "Go to Portal" button on the email that you received > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.

We'd like to clarify that you need to visit this link : Contact AVG Support - AVG Phone Number, and Chat Support & then follow the steps provided in the previous post to submit a deletion request.
