Upon checking your account, we see that you've subscribed to a 2 years pack of AVG Internet Security on Jan 21, 2018.
As it was enrolled to automatic renewal, you've got the pre-billing notification.
However, as requested, we've cancelled the subscription (automatic renewal) & an email confirming the same has been sent to you.
Hence, the license will not be renewed & you'll not be charged. For further queries, feel free to write back to us.
I just received an auto email from your company advising my account is due and I will be billed in February to renew. I have not had an active subscription with your company for in years. Why am I receiving notice you are billing my account??
Do not bill me as I no longer utilize your company's services. Close my account effective immediately!
