Termination of AVG internet security and AVG Tune up subscriptions and return money to credit card

Hi Arthur,

On checking your account, we could see that you have an been charged EUR54.99 for the renewal of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) and EUR44.99 for the renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) on 2019.5.22.

This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased your AVG product. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

These two orders are eligible for refund.

You also have an AVG Internet Security 1 computer (2 years) valid till 2020.7.30 and AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (1 year) valid till 2019.7.28. These products are not eligible for refund.

Let us know, if you wish to have a refund for the recent order.

I have an AVG internet security with you.
Now I see that 2 of these have been closed. 1 with an extension until July 30, 2020 and 1 that has been extended until 2020. Here something went wrong. I want to end 1 subscription here.

I also see that AVG Tuneup has been closed twice.
1 with an extension until 25 May 2020 and one that will be extended with effect from 28 July 2019. I would like to terminate both subscription segments and get the money refunded on my credit card. I was under the assumption that this was a trial subscription. My father has died in the recent period, which is why I have not responded before.
