Despite having permanently cancelled my contract with you last month I have been debited with my prevously Anual amount!
As I do nolonger reqire your services I expect to be refunded the full amont soonest by your organisation.
The cancellation was multiple times timely activated during last month!
Hoping to see the return of my unapproved Debit soonest! Before taking further action!
