We would request you to please use the below steps to resolve your issue.
1. Click Start Menu on Win 10 screen, and click All apps.
2. Now you can see all apps of your Win 10, find out the unwanted or suspicious program(terraclicks.com), then right-click it and select Uninstall.
If you don't see any of such programs then please open your browser and you need to delete the unwanted plugin, extension, toolbar or search bar that is installed in your browser. After removing such things you wont be getting any popups when you browse the internet. We always recommend you to install only trusted programs and do custom installation to view if any unwanted software is being installed.

My new Windows 10 laptop has picked up the terraclicks browser hijacker virus. It got past Windows firewall,  AVG and Malwarebytes. Anyone know why AVG didn't pick it up?. It seems to pop up when I play any Windows 10 games. Then I can't stop all the ad sites from poppoing up.
