Hi Melvin.
To update the AVG Secure Browser to latest version:

Open AVG Secure Browser.
Click ⋮ Menu (three dots) in the top-right corner of the screen and select Help -> About AVG Secure Browser.
The program will automatically check for latest version and install if an update is available.

The latest version of AVG Secure Browser is 77.2. If you are already using the latest version, please try to load the same websites on other web browsers and check if you can play the videos.

I cannot  play videos on some websites and on others I am told to update my browser in order to play HD video.

I can play videos, incl HD, on Chrome but not on AVG Secure Browser - and yes, I have the latest version.

We're sorry to know that, Melvin. Sometimes, this might happen if the flash player isn't allowed to play the video. In this regard, we'd suggest you to disable 'Flash blocker' feature in Secure browser once & restart the browser to check if it helps.
To disable 'Flash blocker' : Click on Security & privacy center (AVG icon) in Secure browser - Disable 'Flash blocker' by clicking on the toggle bar beside it.
