I request you to open AVG Internet Security > menu > about > subscription, look for the expiry date and also share a screenshot of the AVG User Interface to assist you further. I installed the Security program today. After installing I received informations that the computer is not protected. Looking at my account I read that my purchase expires 25.04.2017. May be that this is the problem. Please look into the expiry date, and change it. Prehaps this will solve my problem.

The screenshot you have provided is not an AVG Interface. Please open AVG Internet Security > Menu > About > Subscription > click "Logout" and Remove license. Then click Login to Myaccount and enter your AVG Myaccount credentials. For reference: Check this article | AVG. The AVG Internet Security Unlimited is valid until 11/15/2018.
