Hello Enrique,

We request you to provide the screenshot of AVG window where it says as "date and time is incorrect".
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Could you check whether the year is set as 2020 on your computer?

My AVG free tells me that "the date and time are wrong".
However, my PC clock is working properly.

In order to escalate this to senior team, let us reinstall  AVG Antivirus free using our clear tool once.
Run AVG clear tool as mentioned in this article to remove AVG Antivirus free traces.

I did the repair, which finished successfully, but the same poster still appears.
