The e-mail scanner doesn't work after changing server

Hi everyone,
 
as our provider moved to a more powerful server, we had to change the settings of our e-mail client and avg e-mail scanner for the scan of incoming and outgoing e-mails.
I followed this link (| AVG) and it worked good, except for the outgoing e-mails.
Even if the stmp server is set ad described, when I send e-mails, avg says that it cannot scan e-mails of protected connections.
I contacted the customer service and I was advised to install the latest version of AVG (in my case AVG Business Edition 2016) but the problem still exist.
Do you have any suggestions for me?
