We would like to inform you that AVG is compatible with MacOS 10.10.x (Yosemite) and higher. It is not supported in the older versions. We request you to upgrade your OS and install the latest version of AVG AntiVirus on Mac to check the status.

Hello,
I quarantined a file that I need to recover (AVG 17.4 on Mac OS 10.8) but when I click on "Restore", I get the message "The files can not be restored".
I also did not find the location of the quarantine folder for manual restore.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Alright, Amin. 

We would like to inform you that there is no dedicated folder or physical location for quarantine in Mac. It will be in the virtual format and it is not readable. 

If you need any clarifications, let us know.

Without updating, I ended up finding the possibility to recover my file: "Restore To".

Please, for my information, where is the quarantine folder?
