The former Zen interface

I think this needs to be reinstated, the AVG ZEN was perfect for managing not just remote PCs but local ones.

Now I have a few questions since Zen has been removed and let's say you don't want a machine to have the activated AVG on it, how do I remove it? Now that the computer is logged into MY avg account can they make add-on purchases?

Hello Gary,
I understand the inconvenience caused. I would like to inform you that AVG Zen has been removed from the latest AVG Internet Security for Windows computers and from the latest AVG Antivirus Pro for Android devices (I'm really sorry if you were unaware about this).
However, you can install AVG Internet Security/AVG TuneUp for your Windows computers and AVG Antivirus Pro/AVG Cleaner Pro for your Android devices.
Here is the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Ultimate on the Windows computers and you can find the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Antivirus Pro/AVG Cleaner Pro for Android devices:
1.Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> AVG -> Uninstall.
2. Restart your device once.
3. Open Google play store app on your device.
4. Search for AVG antivirus/cleaner.
5. Locate and install the free version of the app.
6. Now open the installed app.
7. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
8. Select AVG Account.
9. Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app will be installed/activated automatically.
Best regards,
Alok.

I have just finished a chat with one of the AVG Contact team as I suddenly found that my Zen Interface was no longer there. It was there, then I renewed my subscription early and it was gone! without even a goodbye! went to open it and could not find it!

I have Used AVG products for many years including when there was a direct line and could call The Australian office and talk with someone there if I needed.

But I could not find out what is happening to the Zen interface or a device management interface, it was what kept me with AVG. I now ask AVG if they are going to place it back in as I could not get any answer on this through the contact team. Please advise as it was what I used to keep the mobile devices safe. I am at a loss as to what is happening and as to why I was not informed.
 Thanks Gary

Gary, I would like to inform you that we are working on a better solution for remote management of AVG app across your devices. However, we could not promise exactly when it will be available.

I would request you to share your valuable feedback using the 'Submit feedback' option available in the AVG program. Open AVG Internet Security, click on Menu -> About -> Submit feedback. From there, choose 'I have feedback for you'.

Gary, it is not possible to remove active devices for AVG programs using Zen. You have to manually remove those subscriptions from each and every PC.

Would you like to know if you can purchase our AVG products from AVG My account?
