I`m using AVG internet security, AVG PC TuneUp, Windows 8. What do you need?

Hello, on my computer I can't log in on 1 screen. I have 2 screens, 1 I can login and the other I cant login.<br>It says &quot;The Group Policy Client Service failed the logon. Access denied.&quot;  <br>What do I do now? I remember I got an email from someone I dont know. Can it be that email causes a virus/spyware/malware ??

Im sorry, my daughter says its a Windows problem, it has nothing to do with AVG. So I dont know if I should ask it here?
