We've checked an we can see that you've subscribed to the single-device subscription of AVG Secure VPN.
The AVG Secure VPN for Windows (Single-device) can be installed on multiple computers, but can only have one active connection at a time.
Please check if you've activated it any other device. If you have, please uninstall it on the other device and check if the issue persists.

I am having a problem with my AVG VPN connection, I am using my VPN only on one concurrent connection, but I am getting this message pretty often:
"The maximum number of connections has been reached
We apologize, but your subscription entitles you to a maximum of one concurrent connection. Disconnect other devices or upgrade your subscription."
I dont need to upgrade my subscription, that would be pointless for me.
So please, where is the problem?
