On April 6, 2024, I purchased an AVG Ultimate subscription through my Visa card. I was disappointed in the subscription because there is nothing special and the subscription was too expensive for me.
I canceled my subscription and submitted a request for a refund through my personal account on the site. It indicated that the application would be reviewed within 7 business days and I received a message from AVG by email that my application for a refund had been received, but a couple of minutes later in my personal account on the AVG website it was already indicated that the funds had been returned to me, although I did not receive a message about a successful return to my email and also the funds were not received on my visa card. Please help me with this problem
