We will work together to sort this issue. To fix the performance issues listed from the scan, you need to subscribe for the AVG TuneUp subscription. When you click on "Fix performance" it will take you to the purchase page of AVG Tuneup, it seems due to the synchronization issue, you are unable to reach the purchase page. Please remove and reinstall AVG AntiVirus free on your computer and check if that fix the issue.

Whenever I run a SMART SCAN of my computer using AVG AntiVirus Free, the results indicate a number of "performance issues found" that need rectifying. However, when I click the "RESOLVE ALL" button to rectify the issues my AVG antivirus free says:
"The online content is unavailable"
"Please check your internet connection and try again"
"Please check your internet connection and try again"
I definitely have a working internet connection while receiving this message. I have tried turning off my VPN, including turning off the internet kill switch so my AVG antivirus software would still be able to access the internet while my VPN was turned off. That did not work. I have also tried turning off my Windows firewall for the Domain Network, Private Network and Public Network which still did not work. I also allowed AVG antivirus free through the firewall while the firewall was both turned on and off which still did not solve my lack of network connection issue.
Furthermore, when I press the menu button on the after scan screen which indicates the performance issues found it too says:

IF ANYBODY KNOWS WHY THIS IS REPEATEDLY HAPPENING EVERY TIME I CLICK THE MENU BUTTON ON THE MAIN AVG AntiVirus Free PAGE AND EVERY TIME I RUN A SCAN I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IF YOU COULD PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS QUERY WITH A SOLUTION! I HAVE NOT YET BEEN ABLE TO EVEN ONCE "RESOLVE ALL" OF THE PERFORMANCE ISSUES FOUND MAKING THE PROGRAM IN MY EYES PARTIALLY USELESS!
