The Online Content is Unavailable

I was wondering if someone could help me solve the issue with Avast that occurs when you try to activate or upgrade your subscription. I was able to perform this action on my old windows 7 computer. However, I just bought a new windows 10 computer, and I believe there is a bug that won't allow me to proceed with any "Online content" in the actual avast program. This is a real issue that many people are having problems with. Repairing avast or uninstalling and reinstalling it does not solve the issue whatsoever. There are many threads on this issue, if you require a screen shot of the issue, check the numerous other threads that depict the exact same problem. I would really appreciate some assistance in solving this major issue.
