I just updated my subscription to AVG Tuneup and while running the first Maintainence cycle, the system junk scan stops at 87% with the comment The Plugin "File" is ending. Then it says "The Plugin "Windows disk cleaner handler" is running. It then says to be patient as the process takes a few minutes. I've waited an hour and nothing seems to happen. Now I've seen this question posted prior in the past year and no suitable response has been provided by AVG that I can find. Please respond or answer and if you have No Idea what the issue is, please respond as well. I've been using AVG tuneup for yrs from when it was tuneup utilities and I've never had an issue till now. I did remove the old program and did a clean install and the same results happen.
