Let me explain this for you. You paid 59.99 for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited and 29.99 for AVG Password Protection.
Both are different products. Would you like to know about its features?  
I see that you have already raised a dispute with PayPal for 59.99 charge so we could not process refund for this order. Would you like to initiate refund for 29.99 on our end?

i,m not happy with any of the because they are different than explained i .wish full refund of 29.99 and 59.99 because one you are meant to send a email before i agree to any purchase witch i never get please refund all the payments as they are different than explained regards David
