is my computer was protected all those months AVG antivirus was installed (and still installed) in my computer and couldn't perform a proper scan??
now I can't perform scan at all. when I click "antivirus free" it show me screen "your internet security trial has expired", and doesn't give me the option of scan.
I have to say that Im deeply disappointed from your service. I consider to move to Avira,

when I perform full scan it stuck on 98%
I've got some instructions here and nothing helped.
I sent a report of this problem via AVG SysInfo tool to your AVG Customer Care a month ago and it didn't help. (ID:04423358)
