From your post, I understand that you refreshed your PC and lost applications in it. Please be informed that refreshing the PC will normally delete all the applications and data stored in it. Hence it is not related with AVG Free Antivirus and refreshing the PC has deleted the applications in it. You can try to restore those applications if you have created a backup of it.

I have been trying the free AVG program. After trying the REFRESHING my Dell lap top has never run ! SLOWER. It REMOVED a bunch of apps from my system. I am not very computer savvy, so I am lost now with what to do. It did proved me a list of all the apps it removed but I don't know what to add back OR how to do it. I could certainly use some advice, my email is marty.arnold69@gmail.com. I will not buy this product for sure.
