The virus definitions have expired

On my screen I see that the virus definitions have expired.
So I click on "Update Now"
Then the computer indicates that it is being updated but nothing happens!

Latest virus definitions are from 8 days ago

license is still valid until August 19, 2020

Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> About -> check its version, it should be 18.7.

I have downloaded the AVG_Clear.exe file. Then this program started. But nothing else happens. I see on my screen a logo of AVG and a green bar that goes back and forth.

Success! At first I can not get the safe mode with network settings. But still managed. Then use AVG clear and restart your computer. AVG setup used and it seems to go well … :slight_smile:
