Thank you for reaching us with your concerns. I would like to inform you that AVG PC TuneUp will detect and notify you if there is any issue with drivers installed on your PC. Since Device manager and AVG PC TuneUp does not report such case, it could be your internet connection settings.
Do you experience this issue when only an Ethernet cable is connected? May I know which version of Windows OS are you running on your device? If it is Windows 10, please check your internet connection settings if they are configured so your device always connect to the internet over the Ethernet network when it’s available and only switch to a WiFi network when the cable is disconnected. You can verify it by following the steps provided below.
1. In the Advanced Settings window, you will see the types of connections listed in the Connections section.
2. Select a type and check if it is set to Ethernet connection.

the wi fi keeps going off line ,the server works just fine and my other devices are not affected…so I opted for AVG TUNE UP…that is doing fine but did not detect the mentioned issue …so is a bit confusing , the device manager shows that all is updated but the connection keeps going off and change from wi fi to ethernet…any suggestions?or anyone has the same issue?Is the window defender clashing with AVG?PS The problem comes using any kind of web sites
