Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

The AVG driver updater is doing it work on my desktop. Just one small problem. The instructions window that prompts me for permissions is cover by another small AVG progress window that cannot be minimized. So i cannot follow the instructions . I have a screen shot but no place to upload here. :-|. Anyone had this little problem before, your advice please …

Thank you for providing the screenshot. Are you able to drag the AVG window down? If you are unable to do that, then please open the task manager and end the AVG Driver updater process.

To open the task manager->, please press Ctrl+Shift+Esc key simultaneously.
