Why has the word 'SPAM' started to appear in all incoming emails.  I can stop it by turning off the email protection on AVG but then I am told I am not properly protected.  I have had AVG for several years but never had this problem before

I don't seem to be progressing with this.  I ran the SysInfo.exe and I started to fill out a form but lost it.  I have since tried to run it again (for two hours) with nothing happening,.
